Keto A1 Steak Sauce Recipe

Low Carb Steak Sauce Recipe Ingredients:

Are you on a low-carb diet like me? Steak can be a good protein-rich dinner option. And what’s a steak without a dash of tangy sauce? Our Keto A1 Steak Sauce will turn your regular steak into an amazing one. Pour a big spoonful of primal steak sauce on top of your steak. And I bet you’ll never go for the canned ones again.

This A1 steak sauce is easy to make. These are the ingredients needed to make this wonderful Steak sauce recipe:

Golden Raisins:

Golden raisins are dried grapes with numerous health benefits. These are sweet, juicy, and slightly tangy. Use ½ cup golden raisins in the recipe.

Balsamic Vinegar:

Balsamic vinegar has a different taste from regular vinegar. It’s mostly sweet and fruity. Use ½ cup in the recipe.

Reduced- Sugar Ketchup:

Reduced-sugar ketchup is made with less than 1g of sugar. It’s a good choice for people on a keto diet. I used ½ cup of reduced-sugar ketchup in the A1 steak sauce recipe.

Worcestershire Sauce:

Worcestershire sauce tastes tangy, sweet, and salty. It comes from fermented anchovies and is especially used for adding the umami flavor. Use ¼ cup in the recipe.

Dijon Mustard:

Dijon mustard is a mustard- base prepared with black or brown mustard and white wine. It has a strong aroma and inherent bitterness. Use ¼ cup Dijon mustard in the recipe.

Celery Seeds:

Celery seeds have a bitter and earthy flavor which makes sauces spicy. ½ teaspoon of celery seeds gives something extra to our keto steak sauce.

Black Pepper:

Black pepper has a unique aroma and bitter taste. It intensifies the complexity of flavors. Use 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper in the primal steak sauce.

Onion and Garlic:

I like the flavor of onion and garlic in any sauce. These have strong flavors to perfectly complement our spicy steak sauce. 1 chopped onion and 3 garlic cloves spice up our sauce.

Cayenne Pepper:

Cayenne pepper adds spiciness to any recipe. It can be mild to severely spicy depending on the variety. I used 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper in the recipe.

Sea Salt:

Sea salt is mainly used as a seasoning and in rubs and sauces. It’s a healthier option than table salt. I used 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt in the recipe.

Orange:

Orange juice gives the desired tanginess and balances all the flavors in the sauce. I used ½ orange in our low-carb steak sauce recipe.
