- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Golden Raisins
- 1/2 Cup Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ Cup Reduced- Sugar Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
- ½ Teaspoon Celery Seeds
- 3 Cloves Garlic Cut in half
- 1 Onion
- ¼ Cup Worcestershire sauce
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- ½ Teaspoon Sea salt
- ½ Orange Cut into 2 pieces
Put all ingredients except Orange together in a saucepan. Whisk the mixture well.
Next, squeeze the orange juice in the pan. Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
To check the desired consistency, dip a spoon in the sauce. The sauce must not cling to the spoon.
Strain off the orange pieces and garlic cloves.
Let cool completely. Your primal steak sauce recipe is ready to serve.
