  1. Onion – 1 small size

  • Peel off the onion.
  • Rinse it properly.
  • Then, chop the onion finely.
  1. Garlic – 2-3  cloves

Garlic provides an aromatic flavor to the sauce. 2 to 3 cloves of garlic is enough.

  • Then, mince the garlic nicely.
  • You can use a grater to mince the garlic properly. 
  1. Mushrooms – 8 ounces (about 225g)

Note: If you use salted butter, you should reduce the amount of salt. Or you can use salt to your taste. 

  1. Crushed Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon

You have to use 1 teaspoon of crushed black pepper to season the mushroom creamy sauce. 

  1. Fresh Parsley (Chopped) – A small amount
