  • 1 Cup Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley (Chopped) – A small amount
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard Optional
  • ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
