Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil or Butter
  • 1 Onion Small size
  • 2-3 Cloves Garlic
  • 8 Ounces Mushrooms
  • 1 Cup Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley (Chopped) – A small amount
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard Optional
  • ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Primarily, prepare the raw ingredients for cooking
  2. Then, measure them accurately using proper measuring equipment
  3. After that start cooking
  4. First, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic
  5. Add mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Then, add chicken vegetable or chicken broth and cook for 5 minutes
  7. After that add creams, Dijon mustard and simmer for 5 minutes at low temperature
  8. Then season the sauce with salt, black pepper, parsley, grated parmesan cheese
  9. Now, taste the sauce and adjust seasoning according to your taste
  10. Garnish and serve
