Alternatively, you may use any edible mushrooms of your choice. 2 cups freshly sliced and ½ cup finely chopped white mushrooms are used separately in the recipe.
Tomato Paste:
Tomato paste has an intense tomato flavor. 2 tablespoons of fresh tomato paste
makes our cream of mushroom sauce sweet and tangy. Furthermore, it improves the texture of the sauce.
Beef Broth:

Step 1:
This step is for the preparation of the recipe. Slice 2 cups and chop ½ cups of fresh white button mushrooms. Mince 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, and put aside. Dissolve 1 tablespoon food starch in ¼ cup cold beef broth and keep aside for later use.
Step 2:
Put ¼ cup butter in a medium pan and turn on the flame to melt it. Add 2 cups sliced mushrooms and saute them for 5 minutes or until they turn soft and chewy. Take out mushrooms from the pan and put aside. Do you also love the smell of butter and mushrooms together? Enjoy!
Step 3:
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan. Add minced onion and garlic, stir, and cook until it gets translucent. Then add ½ cup chopped mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until it gets sloppy.

Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup butter
- 2 Cups mushroom
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 2 Cups Beef broth
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried parsley flakes
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh cream
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic
Instructions
- Slice 2 cups and chop ½ cup of mushroom
- Mince 1 onion and 2 garlic cloves
- Dissolve 1 tablespoon cornstarch in ¼ cups beef broth. Keep all of them for later use
- Melt down ¼ cups butter. Saute sliced mushrooms in the butter until golden brown. Put aside
- Again put 1 tablespoon butter in the pan. Stir fry onion and garlic. Add chopped mushrooms and cook until it gets very soft
- Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and seasonings. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame
- Lastly, add the remaining broth and the prepared starch to the sauce. Also,add 2 tablespoons of fresh cream.Simmer until your preferred consistency comes
