How to Make Green Seasoning

All you need is to blend all the ingredients. However, you should not go for adding all of them in the blender at a time. It won’t give you a good result. Let’s check out how easily yet properly you can make the green seasoning-

Step-1

Take your food blender and add the dry thyme, fennel seeds, aniseeds, cumin seeds, star anise, white peppercorns, coriander seeds, ginger, garlic, rosemary, sages, and half of the onions. This time, add ½ cups of water and keep blending the ingredients until they are blended well.

Step-2

Once all the ingredients are blended properly, it’s time to add the other elements. Adding all the ingredients at once will not allow you to have enough room, so this time, you’ll have more room for other ingredients.

At this stage, you need to add bell pepper, chopped cilantro, and half a cup of water. Now, blend them until they are mixed with the other ingredients.

Step-3

This time, you’ll have to add the extra virgin olive oil, parsley, serrano chilies, and onion leaves. Now blend them up until blended well.

Step-4

Now add the rest of the onions and blend well. Your mixture will become green and look attractive. Now transfer the blended mixture to a bowl and squeeze the lemon juice into it. Mix well using a spoon. Your green seasoning recipe is ready.

Step-3

It’s now time to prepare them to store in the refrigerator. So, take an ice tray and fill the whole chamber with your seasoning. Cover the ice tray with glass paper. Put them in the freezer, and they will be like ice cubes. Now your green seasoning is ready for later use.
