- 2 Tbsp Dry Thyme
- 2 Tbsp Fennel Seeds
- 6 Star Anise
- 1 Tbsp Aniseeds
- ½ Tbsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 2 Tbsp White Pepper Corn Seeds
- 1 Cup Chopped Ginger
- 1 Cup Garlic
- 8 Fresh Springs of Rosmeray
- 4 Fresh Springs of Sags
- 4 Fresno Chili
- 20 Small Red Onions
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 2 Cups Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Bundle Parsley
- 10 Fresh Serrano Chillies
- 1 Bundle Grassy Onion leaves
- 1 Lemon
Take your blender and give half of the ingredients
Blend them well
Now put on the remaining ingredients and blend. You must add water every half cup to blend well
Now transfer the blended seasoning in a bowl and add lemon juice. Mix well
Your green seasoning is ready
You can store them in the freezer for later use
