- You can use a mixer or food processor to mix everything but the vinegar. Run the food through the blender and cut it up very small. It has everything in it that has been chopped up very small, except for the vinegar.
- Put the pepper mix in a big pot. Put the vinegar in and mix it in. It should be cooked on medium-high heat for a few minutes. Then it should be cooked on low heat for twenty minutes.
