Ingredients

  • 12 Oz Cayenne Peppers
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cups White Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 3 Tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Canola Oil

Instructions

  • Put everything into a mixer or food processor except the vinegar. Use the processor to chop the mixture up very small. Everything that has been chopped up very small, except the vinegar, in the bowl of a food processor
  • Place the pepper mix in a large pot. Add the vinegar and stir. Cook over medium-high heat for a few minutes, then turn the heat down to low and let it cook for twenty minutes
  • This is what's in a stainless steel pot after vinegar is added
  • Leave it alone until it's cool enough to touch. Put everything back in the food processor and blend until it's smooth
  • The smooth sauce from the food processor after it has been cooked and put in the bowl
  • Put the sauce in bottles or jars made of glass that have lids. Keep in the fridge
