- 12 Oz Cayenne Peppers
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 2 Cups White Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 3 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Canola Oil
Put everything into a mixer or food processor except the vinegar. Use the processor to chop the mixture up very small. Everything that has been chopped up very small, except the vinegar, in the bowl of a food processor
Place the pepper mix in a large pot. Add the vinegar and stir. Cook over medium-high heat for a few minutes, then turn the heat down to low and let it cook for twenty minutes

Leave it alone until it's cool enough to touch. Put everything back in the food processor and blend until it's smooth
