  • Soya Sauce (3 Tbsp)

  • Chicken Stock (1 Cup)

How to Make Cayenne Hot Pepper Sauce

Step-1

Take the food processor add onion and blend. 

Step-2

Now put a pan on the stove at medium-high heat. Put 1 tbsp of butter and let it melt. After that, you need to put the blended onion and minced garlic in the pan and saute it in the butter. Saute the onion for 5 minutes. 

Make sure the onion is translated and soft. So, keep the heat medium-high heat. But, ensure the onion isn’t burnt. 

Step-3

If the garlic and onion are sauteed well and become brown, you need to add the black pepper. Stir to mix well and saute for 5 minutes at medium-high heat.   

Step-4

Now add the tomato ketchup and stir to mix properly. Then add the Worcestershire sauce, salt, sugar, and soya sauce, and mix well. Saute for 5 minutes.

Step-5

This time, you have to add the chicken stock and mix it with other ingredients properly. Now add cornstarch slurry, and the remaining 1 tbsp of butter, Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
