Ingredients

  • 1/8 Cup Black Pepper
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sugar & Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 Cup Cornstarch Slurry

Instructions

  • Saute Blended Onion and Garlic for 5 Minutes
  • Add Black Pepper and saute for 5 minutes
  • Add Tomato Ketchup, Sugar, Salt, Worcestershire sauce, and Soya Sauce
  • Add Chicken Stock, & Butter, and let it simmer for 5 minutes
  • Add Constrech Slurry and Simmer for 15 Minutes
  • Your Pepper Sauce is ready to serve and enjoy

Notes

In the Cayenne hot pepper sauce recipe, no herbs have been used to create an extraordinary flavor. But, if you like to get the natural herbs flavor, add either cilantro, mint, or parsley paste to the sauce while simmering
You can use the flour slurry as well instead of cornstarch slurry
Refrigerate the pepper sauce in an air-tight jar
