Carnivore Black Seasoning Ingredients:

What’s so special about a hunk of meat? Nothing. Until you add some spices and herbs to it. If you don’t have store-bought rubs, feel free to mix up your own. Our beef rib seasoning recipe is so simple you’ll love it once you try it.

It makes the ribs super tender and loaded with flavors. Grilling has never been easier! Best of all? Most of the ingredients are already available in your kitchen. Let’s know the ingredients in detail:

Sea Salt:

Sea salt is mainly used as a seasoning and in rubs, or sauces. It’s a healthier option than table salt. I used 1 tablespoon of sea salt in the recipe.

White Sugar:

A little bit of sweetness makes everything better. Isn’t it? I used 1 teaspoon of white sugar to balance all the flavors and to get a nice crust on the surface.

Black Pepper:

Black pepper has a unique aroma and bitter taste. It intensifies the complexity of flavors. Use 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper in the spice rub for beef ribs.

Garlic Powder:

Garlic powder is dehydrated and powdered garlic and is used in dry rubs to add to the savoriness. It provides a mild savory flavor that improves the taste of your meat without overpowering it. Use 1 teaspoon of garlic powder in the recipe.

Onion Powder:

Want to add a little twist to the taste? Add 1 teaspoon of onion powder to brighten up the flavors. Onion powder is zesty and mildly sweet.

Cayenne Pepper:

Cayenne pepper adds spiciness to any recipe. It can be mild to severely spicy depending on the variety. I used 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper in the recipe.

Cumin:

Cumin powder gives warmth and intensity to the flavors in savory recipes. It goes well with pepper. 1 teaspoon of freshly ground cumin powder will add richness to our activated charcoal rub.

Oregano:

A little oregano can do wonders in taste. Use ½ teaspoon of oregano to make our carnivore black seasoning pungent.

Coconut Husk Activated Charcoal:

And…here comes the showstopper ingredient. The unique smoky flavor of coconut husk-activated charcoal makes our rub all vivid black and magical. Use 1 tablespoon of food-grade coconut husk-activated charcoal in the recipe.
