- 1 Tablespoon Sea salt
- 1 Teaspoon White sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 Teaspoon crushed Cumin
- 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut husk charcoal powder
Put together all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir very well until the spices are mixed evenly.
Use right on your ribs. Spread generously on both sides of the ribs. Wrap and refrigerate for a few hours. Then smoke or grill. It's good in either way.
