How to Make Texas Roadhouse Peppercorn Sauce

Step-1

Put your pan on the stove at medium-high heat. Now add oil and let the oil hot for seconds. After that, add onion, garlic paste, and salt and saute for 5 minutes. Make sure the onion and garlic won’t burn. Just keep them stirring to saute and they will intensify your recipe flavor.

As soon as the mixture seems a little thicker, you’re ready to add your beef stock. Add the beef stock and keep the heat high this time. 

Because you’ll have to let the mixture thick. Keep stirring and cook for 10 minutes. The duration can be longer unless the mixture becomes thicker. 

You’re almost there to finish your sauce once you’ve got a thick consistency. All you need now is to get your container to store it and refrigerate it. Now you’ve to refrigerate the thick sauce in the fridge for 3 days.

After the 3 days of refrigeration, take a pan and put on your stove. Now put the sauce into the pan and add whipping cream to it. Mix the whipping cream well and then add your 2 tsp of Dijon mustard.

Step-6

Your sauce will start looking good and also will smell good. Now let the mixture simmer for 20 minutes with medium-high heat. But, keep stirring constantly. 

Remember you shouldn’t boil this mixture for 20 minutes. You only can go for simmering. Your sauce will become thick after 20 minutes of cooking.
