How to Make Taco Stuffed Peppers

Step-1

Preheat your oven to 190℃.

Step-2

Prepare the bell peppers first. In this case, you need to cut the bell peppers’ tops and remove the seeds. To make them stand upright, you can cut a thin piece off the bottom. Once you finish cutting the bell pepper, you need to brush up the bell peppers’ outside surface and put them on the baking tray.

Step-3

Put a pan on your stove on medium-high heat. Now, put the ground beef in and saute it for 10 minutes until brown. Once the beef is brown, add onions and garlic and allow them to cook for 5 minutes at medium-low heat. Keep stirring the beef so it won’t be burnt.
