- 5 Bell Peppers
- 1 Cup Rice
- 500 Gram Beef
- 1 Cup Beans
- 1 Cup Salsa
- 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Onion
- 1 Tsp Garlic
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Corn
Prepare the bell peppers and get them ready to fill with seasoning.
Now, cook the seasoning with beef, salsa, onion, and and garlic. Cook for 15 minutes.
Now, your seasoning is ready to fill in the peppers.
Once all the peppers are stuffed with the beef seasoning, let them back for 25 minutes.
Let them bak for 10 minutes more to allow the cheese to become bubbly.
Your stuffed peppers are ready.
Serve with your favorite topping like avocado or sour cream.
- Chicken can be the best option if you would like to have a lighter result.
- To get an extra pocket of indulgence, sprinkle the cheese in the filling as well.
- If you make the taco stuffed peppers for vegetarians, you can use the plant-based crumbles, or lentils to make the filling.
- Jalapenos are the good ingredients to make the tacos spicier. You can use hot sauce for the filling too.
- And, to make it a low-carb recipe, you should skip adding the cooked rice. Use the cauliflower rice instead.
