Collect and measure all the required ingredients
Take a saucepan and, melt the butter in it over medium heat.
Sauté garlic in the melted butter for 2 minutes
Add flour and stir nicely to avoid burning
Add milk and cream to the saucepan
Simmer for 5 minutes
Add cheese and stir for 2 minutes over low heat
Season the sauce with seasoning ingredients
Taste the sauce and adjust according to your preferences
Cool the white pizza sauce slightly at room temperature before spreding over the pizza dough
