Method
- Collect and measure all the required ingredients
- Take a saucepan and, melt the butter in it over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic in the melted butter for 2 minutes
- Add flour and stir nicely to avoid burning
- Add milk and cream to the saucepan
- Simmer for 5 minutes
- Add cheese and stir for 2 minutes over low heat
- Season the sauce with seasoning ingredients
- Taste the sauce and adjust according to your preferences
- Cool the white pizza sauce slightly at room temperature before spreding over the pizza dough
