  • 4 Tablespoons Butter For Richness
  • 3-4 Cloves Minced Garlic For a Burst of Flavor
  • 2 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour To Thicken the Sauce
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk For Smooth Texture
  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream For Creamy and Velvety Consistency

  • ½ Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese For Smooth Melting Texture

Instructions

  • Collect and measure all the required ingredients
  • Take a saucepan and, melt the butter in it over medium heat.
  • Sauté garlic in the melted butter for 2 minutes
  • Add flour and stir nicely to avoid burning
  • Add milk and cream to the saucepan
  • Simmer for 5 minutes
  • Add cheese and stir for 2 minutes over low heat
  • Season the sauce with seasoning ingredients
  • Taste the sauce and adjust according to your preferences
  • Cool the white pizza sauce slightly at room temperature before spreding over the pizza dough
