Spice up this year’s Thanksgiving Turkey with our homemade Turkey Rub. Made with ground black pepper, kosher salt, and paprika, it’s spicy, smoky, and sweet.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tablespoons Chili powder
  • ¼ Cup Smoked paprika
  • ¼ Cup  Brown sugar
  • ½  Teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • ½ Cup Kosher salt
  • 1 Tablespoons Cayenne pepper
  • ¼ Cup Freshly ground Black pepper
  • ½  Teaspoon Sage
  • ½  Teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1  Teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Measure and put all the ingredients in a small bowl
  2. Stir very well. Even out the lumps if any
  3. Use right on your Turkey, or store for later use
