Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Chili powder
  • ¼ Cup Smoked paprika
  • ¼ Cup  Brown sugar
  • ½  Teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • ½ Cup Kosher salt
  • 1 Tablespoons Cayenne pepper
  • ¼ Cup Freshly ground Black pepper
  • ½  Teaspoon Sage
  • ½  Teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1  Teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Measure and put all the ingredients in a small bowl
  • Stir very well. Even out the lumps if any
  • Use right on your Turkey, or store for later use
