- 1 Beef Brisket
- 5 Tablespoons Paprika
- 3 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
- 2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1 Teaspoons Ground Coriander
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/4 Teaspoon Hot Chili Powder
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir them together until everything is well mixed.
Make sure the brown sugar is completely broken up.
Store in a jar with a lid. To use, sprinkle it on meat right before grilling or cooking it.
