- Cook ground beef on butter for 15 minutes seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion
- Next, add diced bell peppers and tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes
- Now add tomato sauce, beef broth and all the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Cook rice separately if not cooked beforehand
- Put rice on serving bowls. Pour soup on top. Garnish some grated cheese and fresh parsley. Enjoy it warm
