Ingredients

  • Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ Cup Half-And-Half Cream
  • ½  Cup Milk
  • Cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  • Mix flour, sugar, yeast, pepper flakes, and salt in a standing mixer
  • Whisk water, eggs, yolks, and melted butter in a separate bowl
  •  Mix egg and flour
  • Mix the dough for 8 minutes on medium speed with the dough hook
  • The dough will exceed the bowl's sides and bottom
  • Form the dough into a ball on a clean surface and place it in an oiled basin
  • Cover the dough and place it in a warm place
  • Wait for 1 ½ to 2 hours for the dough to double in bulk
  • Press dough on a flourless surface to reduce puffiness
  • Stretch the dough into an 18" x 12" rectangle with the long edge matching the counter
  • Leave a 1" border around the dough as you evenly distribute the cheese cubes
  • Start rolling the dough into a log from the nearest edge
  • Squeeze the seam and end to seal
  •  Roll the log so the seam is down
  • Roll the log on the counter gently until it's 30 inches long
  • Repair tears with a pinch
  • Start coiling the log at one end
  • Tuck the ends underneath the coil
  • Put the bread in the prepared cake pan
  • Clean a dishcloth and cover the bread
  • Let it rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours until doubled
  • Preheat the oven to 350° with the rack in the lower center
  • Apply egg and pepper flakes to the loaf's top
  • Place the cake pan on a rimmed baking sheet
  • The loaf should be golden brown after 20–25 minutes
  • Flip and foil the loaf after 25-30 minutes
  •  Bake till 190°
  • Butter the bread and place the pan on a metal rack
  • Pan-cooling for 10 minutes
  • Knife-edge the bread to remove from the pan
  • Carefully remove bread from pan to rack with a spoon
  • Let it cool for 30 minutes before cutting
  • Warm up and serve
