Ingredients
  

  • Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ Cup Half-And-Half Cream
  • ½  Cup Milk
  • Cup Vegetable Oil

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, pepper flakes, and salt in a standing mixer
  2. Whisk water, eggs, yolks, and melted butter in a separate bowl
  3.  Mix egg and flour
  4. Mix the dough for 8 minutes on medium speed with the dough hook
  5. The dough will exceed the bowl's sides and bottom
  6. Form the dough into a ball on a clean surface and place it in an oiled basin
  7. Cover the dough and place it in a warm place
  8. Wait for 1 ½ to 2 hours for the dough to double in bulk
  9. Press dough on a flourless surface to reduce puffiness
  10. Stretch the dough into an 18" x 12" rectangle with the long edge matching the counter
  11. Leave a 1" border around the dough as you evenly distribute the cheese cubes
  12. Start rolling the dough into a log from the nearest edge
  13. Squeeze the seam and end to seal
  14.  Roll the log so the seam is down
  15. Roll the log on the counter gently until it's 30 inches long
  16. Repair tears with a pinch
  17. Start coiling the log at one end
  18. Tuck the ends underneath the coil
  19. Put the bread in the prepared cake pan
  20. Clean a dishcloth and cover the bread
  21. Let it rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours until doubled
  22. Preheat the oven to 350° with the rack in the lower center
  23. Apply egg and pepper flakes to the loaf's top
  24. Place the cake pan on a rimmed baking sheet
  25. The loaf should be golden brown after 20–25 minutes
  26. Flip and foil the loaf after 25-30 minutes
  27.  Bake till 190°
  28. Butter the bread and place the pan on a metal rack
  29. Pan-cooling for 10 minutes
  30. Knife-edge the bread to remove from the pan
  31. Carefully remove bread from pan to rack with a spoon
  32. Let it cool for 30 minutes before cutting
  33. Warm up and serve
