- 3 Cups Distilled vinegar
- 500 Gm Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 5 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 7 Cloves Fresh garlic
Put fresh cayenne pepper, vinegar and garlic cloves in a saucepan and boil for 15 minutes
Let it cool and blend it smoothly
Put it again on tha pan. Add mayonnaise, salt and honey. Stir for 10 minutes on medium flame
Let it cool down. And then strain it with a strainer

Store it in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator for later use
