Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • ¾ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine all of the seasoning ingredients. Stir or whisk until well combined. Use immediately or store for up to 6 months at room temperature in an airtight container in a cool, dry place
  • Rub the salmon fillets with a small bit of olive oil before seasoning. Next, lightly press the salmon seasoning into the flesh of the fish to distribute it evenly. Allow 15 to 20 minutes to marinate at room temperature
  • Salmon can be cooked on the stove, in the oven, over the grill, or in an air fryer. Serve lemon wedges with the fish
