- 1 Packet Linguine
- 1 Cup Fresh Parsley
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Ounce Clam
- 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tsp Chili Flakes
- 2 Tbsp White Wine
- 1 Tsp Dried Basil
- 1/2 Tbsp Salt
Boil the linguine pasta at medium-high heat for 10 minutes
Put a pan on the stove and saute garlic and chili flakes with vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Keep the heat medium
Now add other ingredients and saute them for 10 minutes
Once the sauce is thickened, add boiled pasta and mix properly
Your linguine and clam sauce recipe is ready to serve
Serve it hot
- To give your recipe a bit more creamy texture, add 2 tbsp of butter along with oil. It will become thickened and creamy clam sauce
- To get more heat, add 1 chopped jalapeno while saute the sauce
- You must add the minced clams. So, buy the readymade minced canned clams from your nearby super shop
