Ingredients

  • 1 Packet Linguine
  • 1 Cup Fresh Parsley
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Ounce Clam
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tsp Chili Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp White Wine
  • 1 Tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salt

Instructions

  • Boil the linguine pasta at medium-high heat for 10 minutes
  • Put a pan on the stove and saute garlic and chili flakes with vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Keep the heat medium
  • Now add other ingredients and saute them for 10 minutes
  • Once the sauce is thickened, add boiled pasta and mix properly
  • Your linguine and clam sauce recipe is ready to serve
  • Serve it hot

Notes

  • To give your recipe a bit more creamy texture, add 2 tbsp of butter along with oil. It will become thickened and creamy clam sauce
  • To get more heat, add 1 chopped jalapeno while saute the sauce
  • You must add the minced clams. So, buy the readymade minced canned clams from your nearby super shop
