Method
- Boil the linguine pasta at medium-high heat for 10 minutes
- Put a pan on the stove and saute garlic and chili flakes with vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Keep the heat medium
- Now add other ingredients and saute them for 10 minutes
- Once the sauce is thickened, add boiled pasta and mix properly
- Your linguine and clam sauce recipe is ready to serve
- Serve it hot
Notes
- To give your recipe a bit more creamy texture, add 2 tbsp of butter along with oil. It will become thickened and creamy clam sauce
- To get more heat, add 1 chopped jalapeno while saute the sauce
- You must add the minced clams. So, buy the readymade minced canned clams from your nearby super shop
