Ingredients

  • 3 Habanero Pepper
  • 1/2 Cubed Size Pineapple
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Fresh Ginger
  • 1/4 Tsp Marjoram Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Tsp Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Vinegar
  • 1 ¼ Tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Simmer pineapple, habanero, ginger, and onion with a cup of water for 10 minutes. Keep the heat medium-low
  • Add salt and sugar accordingly and stir
  • Take the pan off the stove when all the ingredients become soft
  • Let it be cool for 5 minutes
  • Now blend the cooked ingredients with lime juice and vinegar
