- 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin puree
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Whipped cream
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 Cup Sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- A pinch of salt
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Add a cinnamon stick if you want to spice it up some more
Increase heat to medium-high. Boil for 2 minutes, whisking occasionally, Then turn off the flame and let the creamer cool down in the pan for 5 minutes before using in your coffee
Brew your coffee. Add sugar if you like. Next add the pumpkin spice creamer with coffee. You can top it with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. So yummy
