Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Avocados-  Peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 Cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tomatillos Husked and rinsed
  • 1/2 Small white onion
  • 3 Garlic
  • 2  Jalapeño peppers
  • 1/2 Cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin

Instructions

  • To begin, roast the jalapeños, onion, tomatillos, and garlic
  • Mix all the ingredients together after they have been roasted and cooled
  • Sour cream, mayonnaise, roasted vegetables, cilantro, lime juice, salt, black pepper, cumin, and lime juice are all in this category.
  • Combine the ingredients and mix until smooth. Cleaning the sides might require a few stops.
  • Make any necessary adjustments to the spices. You can add some of the jalapeno seeds you set aside earlier if you want more heat. It may be necessary to add more lime juice, salt, or both.
  • Refrigerate the sauce for at least an hour before serving. Cold sauce tastes best. However, if you must serve it right away, you may do so.
