Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Small size Finely Chopped onion
  • 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ Cup Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Collect all the required ingredients after checking the ingredient list
  • Place a medium saucepan over medium heat and pour the unsalted butter into the saucepan. Then, melt the butter properly.
  • Add finely chopped onion and minced garlic into the saucepan and sauté them for 5 minutes to make them soft and fragrance
  • Now, add Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and vinegar
  • Cook for about 3 mints and stir continuously
  • Then, add tomato paste and brown sugar. Dissolve the sugar nicely by stirring
  • After that simmer for 5 minutes and adjust the taste adding pepper and salt. Then, again simmer for 5 minutes
  • Finish the sauce making process by adding lemon juice, then stir properly
  • The BBQ sauce is ready to serve
