Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Romano Asiago Cheese Blend
  • 4 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Take a large pot. First, put the butter into the pot at medium heat
  • Add minced garlic. Saute it for a few minutes
  • Add all-purpose flour, again saute them
  • Lower the heat. Then add other remaining ingredients; heavy cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, Romano Asiago cheese blend
  • Whisk them properly, no lumps should remain
  • At last add pepper and salt, stir them
  • After rest for few minutes, serve the maggiano’s alfredo sauce.
