- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ Cup Romano Asiago Cheese Blend
- 4 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 Tsp Pepper
Take a large pot. First, put the butter into the pot at medium heat
Add minced garlic. Saute it for a few minutes
Add all-purpose flour, again saute them
Lower the heat. Then add other remaining ingredients; heavy cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, Romano Asiago cheese blend
Whisk them properly, no lumps should remain
At last add pepper and salt, stir them
After rest for few minutes, serve the maggiano’s alfredo sauce.
