Method
- Take a large pot. First, put the butter into the pot at medium heat
- Add minced garlic. Saute it for a few minutes
- Add all-purpose flour, again saute them
- Lower the heat. Then add other remaining ingredients; heavy cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, Romano Asiago cheese blend
- Whisk them properly, no lumps should remain
- At last add pepper and salt, stir them
- After rest for few minutes, serve the maggiano’s alfredo sauce.
