Seasoning
- 2 Tsp Paprika
- 2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Chili Flakes
- 2 Tsp Thyme
- 2 Tsp Oregano
- 2 Tsp Onion
- 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Sauce
- 1 Packet Butter
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic
Mix all the spices to make your seasoning
Now blend the raw garlic and onion in your food processor
This time put the saucepan on the stove at medium-high heat and add butter. Let the butter melt for 5 minutes
Add onion and garlic paste and saute them for 10 minutes
Add seasoning to the sauteed onion and garlic and boil for 10 minutes at medium-high heat
Once the mixture is boiled, lower the heat and let the mixture simmer for 10 more minutes
Once the mixture gets a good texture, it’s ready
Serve it with your preferred dish
