Ingredients

  • 6 Pcs Chicken Drumsticks (Legs)
  • 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
  • 1 Lemon Zest
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Granulated Garlic
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • Teaspoons Kosher Sal
  • Cracked Black Pepper As Per Taste

Instructions

  • Combine the melted butter, the lemon zest, lemon pepper, and granulated garlic in a small bowl
  • In a large bowl, add chicken drumsticks and lemon juice; toss to gratefully combine
  • Let them marinate at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes if you have the time
  • Now  preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Place the marinated drumsticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet
  • Pat them dry with a paper towel. Add salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Place the drumsticks on the upper rack of the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they achieve a golden brown color
  • It is essential for them to attain an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) as indicated by an instant read meat thermometer
  • When necessary, gently reposition the drumsticks to the center rack and broil for 2-3 minutes to attain a crisp finish
  • After completing the preparation, apply the lemon butter mixture to the drumsticks and serve while hot
