Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 ½ Lbs Chicken Thighs
  • 1/4  Cup Honey

Instructions

  • Set oven temperature to 400 degrees. Put foil inside a baking dish.
  • Take out the chicken from its packaging, pat dry with a paper towel, and transfer to a big plate or cutting board.
  • Whisk the lemon juice and olive oil together in a small mixing dish. Apply pressure to all sides and under the skin of the chicken with your fingers or a brush.
  • Put the salt, oregano, garlic, honey and black pepper spice in a different mixing bowl. Next, work the lemon mixture into the chicken on both sides and under the skin using your fingers or a brush.
  • Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees, in a preheated oven.
  • Serve the chicken with freshly cracked black pepper and parsley, then squeeze some fresh lemon over it.
