Method
- Drain the sweet pickle relish and pimentos
- Place saltines in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin
- Place the onions, garlic, olives, and jalapenos in a food processor and chop until fine
- Chop the pickle relish and pimentos together
- Mix vegetables into mayonnaise
- Gently fold in the crushed crackers
- Chill overnight to enable the flavors to combine
- Serve alongside fish or vegetables
