Ingredients

  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Soya Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Powder
  • 2 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Cornstrec
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  • Simmer sugar, soya sauce, and rice vinegar in your pan at medium-high heat for 5 minutes
  • Once you mix them, you’ll have to add the ginger powder and minced garlic. Keep stirring for 5 minutes at the same heat level
  • Add sesame oil and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes
  • Now add the cornstarch slurry and stir for 5 minutes to thicken the sauce
  • Once the sauce becomes thickened heat off the stove and keep the sauce aside
  • Now saute the sesame seeds for another 5 minutes. Now add them to the consistent sauce and mix well
  • Your Kinders Teriyaki Sauce is ready
