Take a saucepan, put Italian sausage at medium flame, stir and break the sausages
Put onion and saute 2-3 minutes until the onion become soft
Then, add garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and tomato sauce. Stir for a minute
Then add water and start boiling
Add flavoring ingredients; basil, parsley flakes, red pepper flakes, crushed black pepper, brown sugar, and salt.
When boil is near to come, add red wine. Stir properly
Then, put the flame at low. Be careful and constantly stir the sauce for about an hour
Cool it at room temperature. You can refrigerate it in glass jar
On the other hand, boil the spaghetti with water, oil, and salt to prepare non-sticky spaghetti.
Drain the spaghetti from the water, and serve the spaghetti with the magical Jo Mama’s Spaghetti sauce
