Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Italian Sausage
  • 14 oz Tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 Tomato Paste
  • 7-8 oz Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Chopped Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1 ½  teaspoon Basil
  • ¾ teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
  •  1/8 cup Red Wine
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions

  • Take a saucepan, put Italian sausage at medium flame, stir and break the sausages
  • Put onion and saute 2-3 minutes until the onion become soft
  • Then, add garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and tomato sauce. Stir for a minute
  • Then add water and start boiling
  • Add flavoring ingredients; basil, parsley flakes, red pepper flakes, crushed black pepper, brown sugar, and salt.
  • When boil is near to come, add red wine. Stir properly
  • Then, put the flame at low. Be careful and constantly stir the sauce for about an hour
  • Cool it at room temperature. You can refrigerate it in glass jar
  • On the other hand, boil the spaghetti with water, oil, and salt to prepare non-sticky spaghetti.
  • Drain the spaghetti from the water, and serve the spaghetti with the magical Jo Mama’s Spaghetti sauce
