- 100 G Unsalted Butter
- 2 Cups Evaporated milk
- 100 G Swiss cheese
- 100 G White American Cheese grated
- ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Melt butter on a medium pan on low flame
Mix Swiss cheese, cornstarch, grated garlic, and Dijon mustard in a bowl
Next, add both the cheese mixture and grated cheese on the pan. Keep whisking until a smooth, nice melt
Add evaporated milk and boil until the preferred thickness comes
Season with salt, pepper and serve warm
