- 3 Ripe Tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon zest
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tablespoon Basil
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
Put all the ingredients except salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey in the pan. Bring them to a boil
Simmer for 5 minutes or until most of the fresh ingredients get melted into the sauce
Turn off the flame. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir well and serve warm or cold
