Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ripe Tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ΒΌ Cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tablespoon Basil
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Method
 

  1. Put all the ingredients except salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey in the pan. Bring them to a boil
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes or until most of the fresh ingredients get melted into the sauce
  3. Turn off the flame. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir well and serve warm or cold
