First, measure all the required ingredients and arrange them into bowls.
Then, peeled the garlic, and rinse the garlic, huacatay leaves, cilantro leaves, and jalapeno. Remove excess water.
Cut the jalapeno into small pieces.
Take a blender and blend the huacatay, cilantro, jalapeno, and garlic.
Add lime juice and olive oil into the prepared paste, and blend for 2 – 3 minutes again.
Lastly, add salt, mayonnaise, grated parmesan cheese and blend again.
At the end you will get the huacatay sauce with a smooth texture.
