Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tablespoons Dark Brown SugarĀ 
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey Granules
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoons Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoons Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoons Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Powdered Cloves

Method
 

  1. Combine all the ingredients listed on the recipe card below. It can be used immediately, or stored in airtight containers for later use.
  2. Combine 1 tablespoon of rub with 1 teaspoon of coarse salt OR 1/2 teaspoon of table salt for each pound of meat.
  3. Don't add any salt to the meat if you choose to brine it.
