- 2 Tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Honey Granules
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoons Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 Tablespoons Paprika
- 1 Tablespoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoons Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1/8 Teaspoon Powdered Cloves
Combine all the ingredients listed on the recipe card below. It can be used immediately, or stored in airtight containers for later use.
Combine 1 tablespoon of rub with 1 teaspoon of coarse salt OR 1/2 teaspoon of table salt for each pound of meat.
Don't add any salt to the meat if you choose to brine it.
