Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme Dried
  • 1 Teaspoon Parsley Dried

Instructions

  • Melt the butter on medium heat in a medium saucepan
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until aromatic, roughly two to three minutes after the butter melts
  • Combine in a little bowl the paprika, cayenne pepper, Old Bay seasoning, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and sugar. Clearly mix
  • To the pot containing the melted butter and garlic, add the blended spices. Stir constantly to mix
  • Add the water, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, spicy sauce. To mix everything, stir thoroughly
  • Turn the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for roughly ten minutes, stirring now and let the flavors merge together
  • Add the chopped parsley then simmer for two more minutes
  • Take off from the stove and provide right away with your preferred seafood cuisine
