- 4 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 Tbsp Coarse Salt
- 1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Ground Coriander
- 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
Gather all the things you need in a bowl. Make sure everything is well mixed. Make sure that all of the brown sugar is broken up.
Store in a jar with a lid. To use, sprinkle and rub the meat with it right before cooking or frying.

Grub rub should not be put right on top of direct heat when grilling meat. Instead, it should be cooked away from it. If you use direct heat, the grub rub will burn instead of turning into a caramel.
