- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Smoked paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Freshly squeezed Lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 Teaspoon Brown sugar
Put butter and brown sugar on a pan and caramelize nicely.
Add diced tomatoes and all the other spices. Simmer for 15 minutes on low flame.
Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice to the sauce. Add salt and pepper if needed.

Want to thicken the sauce? Use 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with butter. Add fresh cream later in step 2.
