Method
- Stir together the first six ingredients in a medium-sized pot. Once the pot is boiling, turn off the heat.
- Mix the water and cornstarch together. After mixing for one minute, clumps should disappear
- Reheat the sauce for 5 minutes, stirring intermittently.
- Add the sauce after an hour. Put the sauce in the refrigerator. Approximately an hour later, it will become thicker. There are about two cups in it.
