At first, peeled the garlic. Then, wash the garlic and pepper.
Cut the hot peppers from middle portion.
Prepare a 3% brine with 2 cup water and 2 ½ teaspoons of salt.
Take a fermentation jar and put the peppers, garlic, and brine.
Seal the jar and ferment for 2 – 3 weeks.
After that, strain the peppers and garlic to get fermented peppers and garlic.
Blend the peppers, garlic, ½ cup brine, and white vinegar to get a smooth puree.
Lastly, store the fermented hot peppers sauce in a glass bottle.
