Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ¼ Pound Italian Sausage
  • 2 Small Onions
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Italian Herb Seasoning
  • ½ Teaspoon Dried Marjoram
  • 1 Can Tomato Sauce 29 Ounce
  • 1 Can Italian-Style Diced Tomatoes 14.5 Ounce
  • 1 Can Tomato Paste 6 Ounce
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon White Sugar

Method
 

  1. Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Incorporate the Italian sausage and onion
  2. Sauté and stir until the sausage is browned, about 10 minutes. Transfer the sausage and onions to a slow cooker
  3. Place the ground beef in the same skillet over medium heat and season with marjoram, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
  4. Cook and stir for about 10 minutes, or until the meat is browned and crumbly. Fill the slow cooker with the ground meat
  5. Add 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, and then the tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, and tomato paste
  6. For eight hours, cook on low with a lid on. Add the sugar fifteen minutes before serving
