- 28 Ounce Tomato
-  2 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 3/4 Cloves Garlic
- 4/6 Sprigs Basil
- Heat the olive oil over a low flame in a medium-size pot.  
- Add the garlic to the warm oil and cook it for about two minutes, until it smells good 
- Spice it up with red pepper flakes  
- Over low to medium heat, mix mint, salt, and crushed tomatoes in a bowl. Bring to a slow boil. 
- Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is slightly reduced and the flavors begin to intensify.  
- To thicken, let it cook for up to 45 minutes. 
- Before putting the sauce on the pizza dough, let it cool down.
