- 28 Ounce Tomato
- 2 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 3/4 Cloves Garlic
- 4/6 Sprigs Basil
Heat the olive oil over a low flame in a medium-size pot.
Add the garlic to the warm oil and cook it for about two minutes, until it smells good
Spice it up with red pepper flakes
Over low to medium heat, mix mint, salt, and crushed tomatoes in a bowl. Bring to a slow boil.
Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is slightly reduced and the flavors begin to intensify.
To thicken, let it cook for up to 45 minutes.
Before putting the sauce on the pizza dough, let it cool down.
