Ingredients

  • 28 Ounce Tomato
  •  2 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 3/4 Cloves Garlic
  • 4/6 Sprigs Basil

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil over a low flame in a medium-size pot.
  • Add the garlic to the warm oil and cook it for about two minutes, until it smells good
  • Spice it up with red pepper flakes
  • Over low to medium heat, mix mint, salt, and crushed tomatoes in a bowl. Bring to a slow boil.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is slightly reduced and the flavors begin to intensify.
  • To thicken, let it cook for up to 45 minutes.
  • Before putting the sauce on the pizza dough, let it cool down.
