- 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 100 Ml Heavy Cream
- 100 Gm Sugar
- ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tablespoons Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ¼ Cup Water
- Salt A pinch
Put cocoa powder and the sugar in a saucepan. Whisk very well until all lumps are removed
Add heavy cream, condensed milk, and water. Bring it to a boil. Keep whisking continuously. Keep the flame medium to low. Simmer for 5 minutes
When the sauce gets cold, add vanilla extract and whisk again. Your go to homemade chocolate sauce is ready to serve. Serve hot or cold. Or store for later use
