- Put cocoa powder and the sugar in a saucepan. Whisk very well until all lumps are removed
- Add heavy cream, condensed milk, and water. Bring it to a boil. Keep whisking continuously. Keep the flame medium to low. Simmer for 5 minutes
- When the sauce gets cold, add vanilla extract and whisk again. Your go to homemade chocolate sauce is ready to serve. Serve hot or cold. Or store for later use
