Ingredients

  • 3  Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 100 Ml Heavy Cream
  • 100 Gm Sugar
  • ½  Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tablespoons Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • Salt A pinch

Instructions

  • Put cocoa powder and the sugar in a saucepan. Whisk very well until all lumps are removed
  • Add heavy cream, condensed milk, and water. Bring it to a boil. Keep whisking continuously. Keep the flame medium to low. Simmer for 5 minutes
  • When the sauce gets cold, add vanilla extract and whisk again. Your go to homemade chocolate sauce is ready to serve. Serve hot or cold. Or store for later use
