- 700 g Salted butter
- 30 g Cheddar cheese
- 40 g White American cheese
- 180 g Evaporated milk
Put the butter on the pot and melt it in low flame.
Next add both the diced and grated cheese. keep whisking until a smooth, nice melt.
Add evaporated milk and boil until the preferred thickness comes.
Serve warm right away or let cool and store.
