Method
- Collect parsley, oregano, and mint. Then pluck the leaves from the stems, and rinse them
- Take 1 tbsp husk free garlic and crush softly
- Put all herbs and garlic into the blender
- Blend them for 5 min
- Add red wine vinegar, again blend for 2 min
- Add olive oil, blend together 5 min more
- Serves with your favourite grilled chicken, fish, or vegetables
