- 1 bundle Fresh parsley
- 1/2 bundle Fresh oregano
- 1/4 bundle Fresh mint
- 1 tbsp Fresh Garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli flakes
- 1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tsp Crushed paper
- Salt According to your taste
Collect parsley, oregano, and mint. Then pluck the leaves from the stems, and rinse them
Take 1 tbsp husk free garlic and crush softly
Put all herbs and garlic into the blender
Blend them for 5 min
Add red wine vinegar, again blend for 2 min
Add olive oil, blend together 5 min more
Serves with your favourite grilled chicken, fish, or vegetables
