Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lb Boneless & Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Gochujang
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tsp Green Onions
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds

Method
 

  1. Mix honey, gochujang,sesame oil,  soy sauce, rice vinegar,  black pepper, grated ginger,and sliced garlic in a bowl to marinate chicken
  2. Combine the marinade to cover the chicken thighs
  3. Ensure flavor penetration by sealing and chilling for 30–120 minutes
  4. Heat a large skillet with a little vegetable oil over medium-high heat to cook the chicken
  5. Place the marinated chicken thighs in a skillet over a preheated heat source
  6. The steaks should be cooked through and browned after 5–7 minutes per side
  7. While the inside remains juicy, the strong heat at the end aids in the desirable char
  8. To allow the liquids to be reabsorbed, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside for about five minutes
  9. Chop the chicken into small, consistent pieces
  10. Bibibop chicken pairs best with steaming rice or noodles
  11.  For garnish, add chopped green onions and sesame seeds for texture
  12. You can also add other sides, such as shredded carrots or cucumber, for a refreshing crunch
